Quality Assurance Process

In our in-house quality examination unit the testing of sanitary ware and allied products is undertaken by a specialized team of quality experts. They follow a Total Quality Management Policy in which whether it is the hardware objects or sanitary ware each product is scrutinized at every stage of manufacturing by our experts. Any defects in the quality of the product physically or otherwise is immediately disposed as we never neglect quality.
